Hearken Flow Three position pneumatic actuator that can rotate through 0, 90, and 180 degrees Or Pneumatic 3 Position Actuator 0-45-90 degree that uses compressed air to provide rotary motion in three different positions or angles. These actuators are commonly known as 3-position or 3-way rotary pneumatic actuators.

3 position actuator consists of piston, rack, and pinion gear that drives the output shaft. The compressed air supplied to the actuator controls the movement of the piston and rack, which in turn drives the pinion gear and rotates the output shaft to the desired position.

0 degree position is typically the starting position, while 90-degree and 180-degree positions are achieved by supplying compressed air to different ports in the actuator. For example, supplying compressed air to port A can drive the actuator to the 90-degree position, while supplying compressed air to port B can drive the actuator to the 180-degree position.

0º90º180ºPneumatic actuators that can rotate through different angles are commonly used in many industrial applications, such as valve control, automation systems, and process control equipment, where precise and reliable rotary motion control is required. They are easy to install, operate, and maintain, making them a popular choice for many industries.
